Size guide
25 to 35 sq ft
A large cupboard. Garden equipment, boxed paperwork, seasonal decorations, a motorcycle. Most people underestimate this size and are surprised by how much goes in.
50 to 75 sq ft
A single garage. The contents of a one-bedroom flat including a sofa and a mattress, with room to walk in.
100 to 150 sq ft
A double garage. A two or three-bedroom house including white goods. This is our most requested size and the one with the longest waiting list.
200 to 300 sq ft
Full house contents, a vehicle, or trade stock and equipment. Drive-up access, roller shutter, and enough height to stack to eight feet safely.
A note on long-term lets
Units let for more than twelve months are reviewed annually. We have customers who have been with us since the site opened, and we would rather keep them than chase a higher rate, so reviews are usually a formality.
